My camera is dead
My digital camera is broken. I dropped it in the snow while hiking down Tsubakuro-dake, stepped on it, and it was completely buried in the snow. My friend dug it up, but it was too late. It doesn't work at all now. I always had it in my bag and have been taking photos almost every day― my garden, flowers, the sky, people, food, etc. I didn't think it would be so inconvenient not to have that camera. It was not a very good one, but I've been using it since 2003 ( got it before going to Vietnam!) and we went to many places together. It is obvious that I should buy a new one rather than having it repaired. Of course I want a better camera, but at the same time, feel like I shouldn't abandon my old camera.
