An exception in Korea
This was the most disgusting food I had in Korea. They are cut and served raw. Even though they are cut, they keep moving forever till you put them in soy sauce. We were three, but I was the only brave one who ate it. After coming back to Japan, I found that this was the first picture I took in Korea. Unconciously, I might have known that I was going to eat it later. Needless to say, all other food were amazingly delicious. This was the only exception.

Making Umeboshi
I picked a lot of ume this year, and made umeboshi. They are not too big, not to small, good size for my lunch box. It rained almost every day this summer, I had to wait till obon to dry them. Tastes good!

WHAT IS THIS?
While digging up bamboo roots, I DISCOVERED a huge concrete plate. The size is approximately 1.5 m long, 1.5 m wide, 15 cms thick. WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS? Definitely, it was not something I had expected to find under the ground. Apparently it is a waste from construction. By whom and when was it buried? My house is about 40 years old, so it might be buried 40 years ago. There also must be some more other things that would surprise me. Surprised? no, I am annoyed!
